Similarly to pets, it costs nothing to upgrade Hero Weapons and there is no level cap. These upgrades are obtainable through Tournaments, Silver and Titan Chests, Daily Rewards, and the Bear Shop. Outside of earning the rarer variant, Fortune Weapons, Hero Weapons will be randomly assigned to a hero, even if that hero has not been unlocked by a player. They are upgrades for each of the 37 available Heroes. Hero Weapons are one of two types of Hero Masteries available. They keep getting these multipliers as long as you level them, but the multipliers are spaced out more the higher you go (eg. Heroes scale similarly to the sword master: instead of having skills that increase their own damage, they get damage multipliers at first every 20 levels starting from 10. If you have overleveled one or more artifacts, just try to follow the general direction of the suggestions, and avoid leveling the overleveled artifacts. If it doesn't match exactly, that's not a problem. Try to match the levels for your artifacts with the suggested levels somewhat closely. These are the levels at which your artifacts would be optimal. When using this artifact optimiser, you will see a list of artifacts with levels next to them. To fix this problem, temporarily lower 'Non-BoS relics spent%' to some value where you can afford the suggested upgrades, until you can easily max out all the capped artifacts. What this means is that the levels shown might not be affordable if your relic total is very low (low enough that you can't easily max out all capped artifacts. The discovery cost for them is taken into account. Capped artifacts are not shown in this optimiser, and the cost to upgrade them is ignored.
